Christmas tomorrow, yayyy. Tonight I'm off to a fam dinner and got the other side of the family coming to ours tomorrow evening! Can't wait to wear my xmas shorties and wedges :)

On top of that i am getting quite excited as it appears that my new years may be finally coming together. I am waiting on the ok that i got work off and then next week im off road trippin to GISBORNE for Rhythm and Vine YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY. I can't wait!! I'm gonna leave the shitty year of 2010 behind with a bang and go all out in 2011. Last year of uni, craziness!!! I'm trying to come up with some NY resolutions which i stick to!

So anyway this may be one of my last posts for 2010 as on Sunday i'm heading up north then will be back to work a shift then off again (hopefully) for Gissy. Woooo.

easy A

I just finished watching the movie Easy A and thought it was soo cool!! It has an amazing cast (including Emma Stone, Penn Badgley, Amanda Bynes, Cam Gigandet, Lisa Kudrow, Dan Byrd and Alyson Michalka), has heaps of laughs and an awesome soundtrack. (Check out Change of Seasons by Sweet Thing).

In addition, Penn Badgely is uber cute in the film and I've decided that I would quite like to be his girlfriend. So watch it.

 This scene was crack up where 'Olive' spent the entire weekend singing and dancing around to Natasha Beddingfields "Pocket full of  Sunshine" which came from a card given to her.



why am i sick????

I woke up yesterday with a horribly sore throat, back and neck. It was so painful and i had to work too!! Today my back is a little better but the throat not so much :( WAAA this is the worst time of year to get sick and i just don't fell like doing anything....

But any way it has to be done, I'm off to finish my Christmas shopping. Yay.

i've been tumblr stalking on this late sunday evening and getting much entertainment from the 'gossip girl tumblr's' and the 'ask me' feature where people can diss the blogger, compliment the blogger, or just ask what ever. it's entertaining but kinda petty and sad most of the time.

anywho amongst the stalking i found the tumblr  layered thoughts... there was this awesome list of summer things she wanted to accomplish. i think i may have to do the same (except a few which don't apply of corse)

I need to make the most of this summer!!!!! it is ESSENTIAL.

2. Go to a concert of a unknown artist.

5. Buy/ wear a toe ring all summer. ✔

Friday means it's Glee night!! I totally love this show and it puts a smile on my face every week. I especially loved this barbershop version of Katy Perry's 'Teenage Dream.'

we're all going on a summer holiday

I have spent the last three and a bit days in Whangarei, 2.5 hrs North of Auckland, with my friend Nat from uni! It was so awesome getting away from auckland going to the beach and having adventures. Yesterday we walked (panted) up Mount Manaia which had a bajillion stairs! Such a good work out. Now I can't wait to get back away to Omaha after Christmas!!!!

 Me and Nat walked to the veryyyy top of this mountain, the summit wasn't the highest rock but the flat part in between the two tall rocks...

Maybe i have an immature sense of humor but last night at work FUautocorrect.com did an excellent job entertaining me, making me laugh harder than i have for some time all at the same time as making me look like a crazy dvd girl standing behind the counter with a large smile on my face and having random outbursts of laughter...

BTW

I'm going with the GREEN betty shorts from Ruby Boutique woop, went in today with K and A to get them to help me make a decision. So these should be paid off in time for chrissy!

ALSO, i down sized from the Jeffery Campbell Floral Wedges, to some Forever New floral wedges (which i can't find a picture of)
