With so much hatred, poverty war and coruption in the world its important to remind your ourselves daily how lucky we really are. Sometimes it easier to feel sorry for ourselves than it is to be happy about what we already have... Be at peace with your self and others will be at peace with you too. This week I am hoping to continue this trend on and not dwell on my misfortunes in life and instead be stoaked to be so fortunate with a loving family and amazing friends who I am missing very much at the moment.
